Restaurant-Pros.com Return Policy
All orders purchased from Restaurant-Pros.com are covered by this return policy. (See below for details.)
All orders that have not shipped yet qualify for a full refund (including shipping). We cannot recall orders that have already shipped. All orders that are undeliverable will be charged a $6.99 fee to help with the return shipping cost.
The following items CANNOT Be returned:
- Any closeout item.
- Foods items.
- Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
- Any Special Order Item, such as glassware, smallwares, or equipment.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC number.
- Food Service Disposable items, such as plates, cups, napkins, etc.
- Any type of aerosol can.
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Restaurant-Pros.com must be clearly written on all returns. The RMA number must be printed on the outside of the shipping box. We cannot receive and process returns without this number.
- You must submit your return no later than 30-days from the date the product was shipped out to you.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- All products must be returned, freight prepaid, in "sellable" condition in order to receive full credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products.
- In the event of returning a Free Shipping item there is a $6.99 deduction of your total refund.
- Refunds will be issued upon delivery of the returned product.
- Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Return reason: Received the correct product/s but simply not satisfied with the item
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- Shipping will not be refunded.
- All products must be returned in "sellable" condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
When returning a product to Restaurant-Pros.com, please print and fill out the "Return Form" (See the link at the top of this page). When you e-mail us this completed form, we will process your form immediately, we will e-mail you the RMA number.
Include a copy of your Restaurant-Pros.com invoice in your return package along with the returned merchandise. Send the package to us via a TRACKABLE method (such as UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS delivery confirmation). We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. "Any order can be cancelled as long as the order has not shipped from Restaurant-Pros.com, if the order has been shipped, and you wish to cancel the order anyway, we will gladly cancel your order, minus a 20% restock fee and the shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Where Do We Ship?
Ordering an item from Restaurant-Pros.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however we do not take overseas orders online. Please contact our call center at 1-678-628-3164 for assistance. Non U.S shipments require payment via eCheck, bank draft, or wire prior to shipment. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you are overseas and you wish to order, you can always e-mail us at RestaurantPro@gmail.com and we can handle the order manually via e-mail. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
How Much Does It Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the products you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.
How Do We Ship?
We use UPS. Many shipping options are available from Restaurant-Pros.com including UPS Ground, UPS Air Services, and UPS LTL Services (Truck Shipments).
When Do We Ship?
We typically ship orders in 48-72 hours, and we make every effort to ship in 48 hours. If a product happens to be backordered, we will contact you via e-mail asking if you want us to hold the backorder or cancel the order.
How long should it take to deliver my package?
Most orders arrive to you within 7 to 14 days depending on the shipment method selected. Orders for equipment may take longer. If you are in a real hurry for the product, please e-mail us at RestaurantPro@gmail.com, we will do our best to ship the product the same day the order is placed. Our UPS truck service picks up every day at approx 3:30pm, so please place your order ASAP so we can get it picked, packaged, and shipped !!
